Ricci’s Trucking has immediate openings for a Truck and Coach apprentice in our Dryden and Ignace Shops.


Reporting directly to the Shop Supervisor, the Truck and Coach apprentice is a member of the Ricci Trucking team and is responsible for completing tasks that have been assigned in a safe and timely manner.


Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Ensuring proper maintenance and repairs to equipment

  • Complete reporting and other documentation as required in a timely manner

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be a registered Truck and Coach apprentice

  • Must have completed minimum 2-year apprenticeship

  • Must have and maintain a valid G license

Work Conditions:

  • Must be willing to work night shifts

  • Work will be both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Physically strenuous and demanding job

Wages: this is a non-union position

  • Benefits after 3 months

  • Pension after 1 year

  • $32.00 to $33.90 2nd year apprentice based on experience

  • $36.00 to $39.00 3rd year apprentice based on experience
