Live In Camp Cook

Ricci's Group of Companiesis currently hiring 2-live in camp cooks in our Ignace work camp.

This position will be on a weekly roation; 7 days in and 7 days out.

ESSENTAIL RESPONSIBILITES:

• Organize and prepare food for live-in camp employees, and contractors

• Meal planning 

• Prepare food and supply orders

• Follow health and safety guidelines 

• Schdule and manage kitchen assistance 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a commercial kitchen considered an asset

• Safe Food Handling Certificate

• Current First-Aid Cetificate or willing to obtain 

• WHMIS training 

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment 

• Must be able to life 50lbs

WAGES:

• Bi-weekly salary $2,600.00

• Benifits after 90 days

• Pension plan after 1 year

• Room and board included during shift
