General Repair/Maintenance/Renovation Person

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help with repairs, maintenance, and renovations for rental properties and a restaurant business.

Work includes:

* General repairs and maintenance

* Drywall, painting, flooring, trim

* Basic plumbing and electrical repairs

* Restaurant maintenance and equipment repairs

* Renovation projects and property upkeep

* Cleaning up job sites and keeping organized

Requirements:

* Experience with general construction/maintenance

* Able to work independently and solve problems

* Reliable transportation

* Dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in quality work

* Flexible schedule is an asset

Part-time or full-time available depending on experience and workload.
