Dozer Operator

Ricci’s Group of Companies are currently looking to hire 1 Full-Time dozer operator for Ignace and the surrounding area.

Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the Dozer Operator is a member of the Forestry Harvesting Crew. The Dozer Operator will be responsible for completing tasks that have been assigned in a safe and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Safe and efficient operating of company equipment

• Keep equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns

• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members

• Other duties may be assigned by the Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Forestry Common Core Certification preferred

• Valid G License and Clean Driver’s Abstract is considered an asset

WAGES

• This is a union position

• Wages, Benefits, Pension Plan as per the USW Local 102-1 2025–2026 Collective Agreement

• $38.59 per hour
